XML Optimization Client/Supplier Success

Primary responsibilities:
• Support and contribute to the growth of AIC’s clients using XML based services
• Understanding the objectives and scope of business and IT systems
• Act as the technical point of contact for business partners to help facilitate communication to clients
• Identify multifaceted organizational problems and devise data-driven solutions
• Conduct statistical analyses, reports, surveys and tests
• Monitoring client’s performance and results
• Proactively collaborate and communicate with external and internal customers to analyze information, business needs and functional requirements
• Invent new flows or contributing to improving the existing ones
• Make specific IT recommendations, and support their implementation
• Serve as a liaison between the management and technical developers



Personal Skills:
• Fluent in verbal and written English
• Must have an understanding of XML based connectivity
• Carry out an in-depth evaluation and verification of the capabilities of systems
• Have the ability to plan, organize, and structure work
• Highly skilled in Excel
• Showcase good written and oral communication skills and good analytical and evaluative skills in tasks
• Ability to multitask
• Have good interpersonal skills
• Experience of working in a customer-focused role, managing delivery partner accounts or implementations
• Can-do attitude, confident, proactive and process-driven, goal-oriented, able to work in a team
• Ability to work under pressure, manage conflicts and negotiate mutually beneficial outcomes
• Previous experience in tourism B2B distribution is considered a plus
